Punk TC was a total conversion for Half-Life in development in March of 1999 by Kris. The website for the project (http://www.wantree.com.au/~nanarchy/punktc/) is no longer available and no content is retrievable on Internet Archive Wayback Machine. It was mentioned once on Planet Half-Life containing the following information:
The Punk TC for Half-Life is now online. They are in need of some staff. If interested mail Kris (nanarchy@wantree.com.au).
No other information is known on any aspect of the project or modification.
